project started 1996 by WSOY. WSOY got in contact with Duodecim, the Finnish Medical
Society. WSOY and Duodecim made an outline plan for the product. Editors and specialists wrote articles for "Illnesses" section during 1996-1999. Impelmentation of multimedia product started December, 1999. During next ten months the production team made multimedia manuscript, designed user interface graphics, run acticles to the database, made multimedia editing and programmed all functions. Smaller sections e.g. First aid methods, Finnish health care system, History of Finnish medicine, as well as Theme section were planned and implemented during 2000 by the team. | ||||
